Facts: Our client, a 44 year asbestos abatement worker, fell approximately 35 feet through a skylight at an abandoned factory. We claimed the General Contractor at the site was negligent for not supplying proper ladders and safety lines.
Injuries: Our client was paralyzed as a result of the accident and was permanently confined to a wheelchair.
